Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy.

Suspension and Termination- Each of parties may terminate this Agreement or suspend its operation by giving 1 day (24hours) prior notice in writing to the other party, in case the other party has made prepaid amount for booking the order. The refund amount is decided pro-rata mentioned and agreed by client and SANDIP SANYAL in writing and refund processed in 36-48 hours. In case of post-paid consultation fee is opted in the order, and advance has been agreed and paid up, then material breach to this Agreement and any termination of this Agreement shall be without prejudice, with the rights of work progress remains with consultant party and the zero amount deposited is not returned back to the client, as the work in progress remuneration is kept by the consultant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute the cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Solutions rendered on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Cancellation and Refunds by the Company

Please note that there may be certain orders that, we are unable to accept and must cancel which will be notified before starting of the work, due to complexity inherently involved in it. I/We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems or problems identified in relation to credit / debit fraud. I/We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. I/We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by the Company after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that same credit / debit card account to avoid money laundering.

Cancellation by you

You agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled to cancel any orders made by you on this Website after work has started irrespective of a prepaid order or post-paid order. In the event you subscribe to any service solutions, the same may be cancelled by you prior to the start of the work, cancellation by you, will be refunded in the entire amount after deducting any bank charges (forex) that may have been applicable.

Ownership of Work Product:

All deliverables, and all other writings, data, databases, information, designs, know-how, software (object and source code), inventions, and other material in any media, form, or format developed or prepared in the course of, or resulting in any way from, Consultant’s performance under this Agreement, (collectively, “Work Product”), and all intellectual property rights associated with such Work Product, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the consultant (if the complete remuneration has not been paid up) agreed by both parties before start of work, (thereafter incurring additional expenses apart from official quotation) has not been paid up fully. The ownership of work product is of client only when paid up fully.
